Transaction in the real estate cadastre

In order to provide changes in the data on the immovable property that is recorded in REC, you need to contact the reception desk in the cadastral department responsible for the territory where the real estate is located and apply:

  • an application in writing form;
  • the legal basis for registration;
  • proof of payment of the fee in accordance with Article 4 of Tariff Book of fees for registration of real estate which remained with unregistered rights and registration of changes in the real estate cadastre and cadastre of infrastructure objects as part of the REC which is published on the AREC web-site.

Note: Payments made through the systems for electronic banking (e-banking) are not recognized because the payment can not be verified in real time. The agency is working on finding a solution that will enable receipt and payment of this kind.

The duration of the service depends on whether it is necessary or not geodetic report to do the change. The change for which is not required a geodetic report is conducted within 1 day, and the change for which is needed a geodetic report is implemented no later than 3 days.

 

After the performed change you can apply to get new property list.
