Real Estate Cadastre

Real estate cadastre is a public book in which are registered the ownership right and other real property rights, the real estate data as well as other rights and facts whose registration is stipulated by law.
 

Real estate survey is a process of collecting spatial and descriptive real estate data in service of the establishment and maintenance of the real estate cadastre as well as their processing and editing. During the real estate survey are collected spatial two dimensional data and descriptive real estate data along with their processing and editing in service of the establishment and the maintenance of the real estate cadastre.
 

Real estates are land, buildings, special parts of buildings and other objects, as well as other real estates which are registered in the real estate cadastre in compliance to the law.

 



Manner of establishing the real estate cadastre


The real estate cadastre is established during: systematic registration of real estate rights, sporadic registration of real estate rights and registration of unregistered real estate rights after an established real estate cadastre as well as conversion of data from a land cadastre into a real estate cadastre. In the real estate cadastre are registered the ownership right, sub-forms of the ownership right (co-ownership and joint ownership), other real rights (easement, collateral right (mortgage), right to real burden and right to long-term lease of construction land), lease right, fiduciary mortgage as well as other rights and facts whose registration is stipulated by law.
